During every school holiday at Lavant House Stables we hold an exciting and varied programme of activities to please children of all ages, abilities and ambitions. During these special days children form firm friendships, develop team skills, certainly learn a lot, and contentedly finish their healthy outdoor day happily exhausted!

For pre-teens, each day has a specific theme with rosettes to be won, two riding sessions and loads of hands-on with the ponies.

Children select their favourite pony for the day who is then theirs to care for and ride from start to finish - all under the watchful, supportive eye of their Instructor of course!

For young people of all ages, our non-residential Camps consist of five continuous full days of fun and leaning amongst like-minded peers. There is plenty of riding and practical experience working towards the finale of the exciting "Camp Competition" on the final day - which parents are welcome to come and watch.

For youngsters who to wish to take their horsemanship skills one step further, joining our Pony Club is a must!

• All days commence at 10 a.m. and finish at 4 p.m. unless otherwise stated.
• Please take extra care your child is dressed suitably for the weather as they will be outside all day!
• Children will need to come with a packed lunch and possibly some change for the vending machine too...
• Please remember we need to be able to contact parents at any time during these sessions.
